The program starts with exploring the 5S concepts and a review of how other companies in the Philippines and abroad have already used 5S to successfully to improve their productivity and quality levels. We then explore how the 5S principles can be implemented in your own company. We end with a session on how to create and develop your own 5S audit sheets.
The course takes you beyond mere housekeeping and beautifying your surroundings to pro-actively using 5S techniques to find ways to improve processes in your workplace and eliminate waste and wasteful non-value adding activities.
