Customer Service Training at Pure Snacks
Raffy and Chili Pefianco of RMP Consultancy conducted the Effective Customer Service Seminar for the sales team of Pure Snacks Food House Corporation last 17 April 2017 at the company’s plant in Quezon City.

The training included an introduction to Pareto analysis, determining Critical to Quality factors, understanding KPIs and KRAs, and several other tools.
