The RMP Consultancy Leadership Training Camp helps build confidence and improve communication and team skills. The participants will gain an insight into their style of leadership and how they interact with others. Through controlled challenges, they will gain self confidence and learn how to work more effectively with their peers and colleagues.

Evenings include de-briefing sessions where participants discuss the lessons they have learned during the day. These sessions provide a great opportunity for the participants to discuss the various aspects of leadership and how they can apply them to their particular circumstances. The discussions will focus on the developing the participant’s knowledge and skills in:

The camp is set in the foothills of Mt. Udok in the town of Maria Aurora in Aurora Province, Philippines.
