Teams are two or more people who contribute their individual knowledge and skills but working together to achieve a common goal. Teams are a way of organizing people to support inter-dependence and cooperation that requires close coordination among the team members.

Many organizations have embraced teams and teamwork as an effective way of doing business. The last 20 years has seen the replacement of supervisors by team leaders. Companies have embraced these concepts because they work. Employee motivation and morale improves dramatically when people feel valued and when their contributions make a difference. <b>Synergy</b>. The situation where the collective whole is greater than the sum of the individual parts often occurs where teamwork is working well. Teams benefit because individuals often do not have all the knowledge and skills necessary.

<b>Harmony</b> and a positive attitude are critical. If the team is not working together, then the expected gains will not materialize.

We also offer certification level training to Six Sigma candidates. Successful candidates of our Green Belt Certification course will be certified by our in-house Six Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, these successful candidates may apply for and take the qualification examinations administered by the International Quality Federation (IQF). The IQF examination is taken on-line.</p>
