For many of us business owners and managers, as our business finally begins to grow and turn a profit, we begin to see that many of the problems we encounter should be easily solved by our staff. So, how come we are still doing all the heavy mental lifting? Shouldn’t we be able to delegate some of the load to our staff and require them to do some of the creative thinking and make good decisions so that we can concentrate on the bigger issues? Isn’t this why we hired them in the first place? To assist us?

Maybe they just don’t have the right tools and training to encourage creative thinking and problem solving in the workplace. If our staff had better training, perhaps they could develop the confidence to step up and take some of the load off our shoulders. New ideas are essential for our business to remain ahead of the competition. Our staff needs to know how to think creatively and effectively make decisions. We need to create an environment that promotes innovation, creativity and good decision making.

This course will teach your staff some of the practical tools and techniques to unleash creativity and innovation in the workplace. It will also teach the tools and techniques for effective decision making. This is a one day course.
